By placing an order with Tiaras by Claudia online, you are confirming that you have read, understood and agree to the following terms and conditions.

Ordering:
Lead Times approx 3 weeks, Smaller items and often items from the ready to wear range are normally dispatched quicker. Products with * are custom made to order according to the options you choose and are subject to the lead times shown above. These times may differ during busy times and exceed the dates stated. Please contact for currant lead times.
Late and rush orders – I can provide a quick turnover at certain times of the year for brides who need their order quickly. Please email me prior to ordering to check that the request can be accommodated.

Payment
I accept PayPal when you complete their checkout system.
Bank transfer are also accepted methods of payment, Please email me to place your order.

Returns & Refunds
I hope you will be delighted with the accessories. In the unlikely event you find the goods unsuitable they may be returned for a full refund. Items from the ready to wear range any items marked with * is exempt from a refund as these items would have been colour selected by you at point of ordering.
Please email info@tiarasbyclaudia.com within 2 days of receiving your goods stating the reasons for the return. Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt, in their original unworn condition, retain all original packaging, labelling and packaged securely. Postage costs will not be refunded.
I reserve the right to decline a return if I suspect that a customer is taking advantage of and abusing the returns policy.

Refunds are not available for
* Items are non-returnable as the colours of Pearls/Crystals would have been selected at the point of ordering. If you are unsure of the colour prior to ordering please contact for sample colours.

Earrings for pierced ears (unless they are faulty). I will replace these for you

Delivery
The organisation used for all deliveries is Royal Mail.

All prices include p&p. Orders valued up to £46 will be sent Royal Mail 1st class Recorded signed for.

All orders over £46 will be sent Royal Mail Special Delivery.

We can only dispatch orders once full payment has been received.For International orders please email for delivery charges prior to placing your order.

Please note that I only ship within the UK.

I do not take responsibility for late arrival or loss of your package. Although I will do my best to inquire as to the where abouts of your order.

In the event of a failed delivery attempt the Post Office will inform you that your package is awaiting collection at your local depot by leaving a while you were out card. If the package is not collected within 7 days they will return it to me. It is therefore your responsibility to pay for the redelivery of the order if this situation occurs. If you fail to pay for the goods to be resent then I shall assume the products have been abandoned and a refund cannot be given.

Packaging
All our pieces are delivered gift packaged, wrapped in acid free tissue paper.

Product Quality
All of the products available are finished to a high standard but as they are handcrafted there may be very slight variations to the original image.

The photography process may make the products appear larger than in real life. If in doubt please ask before ordering.
Pearl and Crystal product colours may vary from one batch to another.

Allergy Advice
Products are made from silver/gold plated materials
I cannot be held responsible for any allergic reaction that our products may cause, if in any doubt please ask prior to ordering.

Privacy
Your privacy is taken very seriously and I comply strictly to the Data Protection Acts of 1984 and 1998. Under no circumstances will your personal information be made available to any third party. The information you provide will be used solely for the purpose of processing your order or enquiry and to provide the best possible service.

We adhere to PayPal’s privacy policy. The use of the PayPal banking system ensures that the buyer’s financial details are not known to me and we will not have access to your credit or debit card details when orders are placed online via the website

Disclaimer
Goods sold on this website are not intended to be used as toys. Many of the materials used in the making of the products contain very small parts. Therefore for health and safety reasons, all children must be supervised and not left alone with any products. I will not be held responsible for any injury caused.
I do not take responsibility for any tarnishing that may occur. The tarnishing of metal parts is a naturally occurring process with the metal reacting to gases in the air
I shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of our obligations if the delay or failure results from events and circumstances outside of my reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God(s), strikes, lock outs, accidents, war, terrorism, fire, breakdown of plant and machinery or shortage or unavailability of raw materials from a natural source of supply, and I shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of my obligations.

I reserve the right to change prices and amend the website at any time.
