By placing an order with Tiaras by Claudia you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.

Returns policy

Refunds & Returns

With each item of Jewellery (Tiaras, Jewellery and Hair Accessories) being individually handmade to order, we are unable to offer refunds. This is compliant with the consumer protection (distance selling) act 2000 which clearly states that made to order items are non refundable. In the unlikely event that there is a problem with an item please contact me upon receipt and I will do my very best to address the problem.

Items returned with no prior notification will not be refunded,

Privacy policy

Tiaras by Claudia is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected.

When placing an order with Tiaras by Claudia we collect relevant information from you: your name, postal address, delivery address (if different), email and telephone numbers. This information is kept securely and your details cannot be accessed by anyone outside of Tiaras by Claudia. We promise never to supply your information to third parties, except to support us in provision of services (e.g. Google checkout, website administration).

Variations

Please note that each item is individually handmade to order and therefore some slight variation from piece to piece will naturally occur.

When creating an item of jewellery we will obviously select the most complementary shapes & shades to work together.

We have endeavoured to give a true representation of the colours of the jewels and materials on the images shown, however, please note that colours may vary and are also dependent on the screen you use to view them.

Jewellery Care

Due to the nature of silver and silver plated items they will if left in the air slowly tarnish over time.

To keep items at their best before your big day try to avoid handling too much and keep the item boxed in tissue paper and away from any moisture. Spray hairspray and perfume before adding your Jewellery or Tiara.

For small items occasionally clean down with a silver cloth

Safety Information

The items featured on this website are not designed as children's toys, as they include small components and exposed wire that could cause choking. All children should be supervised when wearing (Tiaras by Claudia) tiaras, accessories and jewellery.

Tiaras by Claudia does not except any liability for misappropriate use of an item bought from us.

Ordering and Delivery

When placing an order please be sure that your Tiara, Hair Accessories or Jewellery is right for you. I am happy to provide information and advice on any of my designs.

Normally orders will take about 4 weeks to process depending on the time of the year, smaller items eg Jewellery may be dispatched earlier, should you have a tight deadline please contact me and I may be able to accommodate your request

Should you need to cancel your order you have the right to do so within 7 days of placing the order. The exception to this is if you have requested a fast track order to be delivered within 2 weeks; this cancellation window will then be reduced to 2 days

When placing an order, please ensure you have entered the correct choice of crystal, metal and pearl, where appropriate. If you leave the choice boxes blank, you will receive the item in the exact materials displayed in the main picture for that item.

Please detail in the customer contact box at the point of making an enquiry if you would like to change any additional details of the items you are interested in. Generally this will not come with a charge, however if there are additional costs incurred my end I may have to charge, and you will be notified before work commences.

Postage and Packaging

Please contact me for prices for delivery outside of the UK.

Payment

As each piece is handmade to order, payment in full is required before your order will be processed. If you choose to pay by cheque, please be aware that work will not commence on your item until the cheque has been banked and has cleared.

My payment options are Google Checkout or cheque, made payable to Claudia Hayward. If you would like to pay by cheque, please contact me before placing your order.
